Basic Equipment Orientation
Our most popular course! Advanced safety, professional operations, and customer service training. Includes Level 1 access. Earn your Level 2 certification.
Towing Academy – Level 3 (Hands-On Training) Level 3 is a hands-on training experience. We will connect you with one of our partner towing companies, where you will receive in-person training directly on a rollback truck. This is your opportunity to apply everything you learned in Level 1 and Level 2 in a real-world environment. You’ll work alongside a professional driver/instructor who will guide you step by step and ensure you are operating safely and correctly. By the end of this training, you will have the knowledge, practical experience, and confidence needed to work for a towing company or even operate your own truck.
Understand, towing companies will not invest time and money training you, hoping that you will stay after the training. Also, they will not take the risk of letting you create damage to their expensive equipment or their customers’ equipment. But if you come ready, they will give you a try.
